Do black people take sun baths? I saw these black people in the heat of summer by the beach.?

It is healthy for everyone to get moderate exposure to sun- it is how we get our main source for vitamin D. Darker skinned people need to be in the sun longer than lighter skinned people because their skin pigmentation blocks the synthesis of vitamin D in their skin. Sitting out in the sun isn't just to get a tan!

Did it ever occur to you that they enjoy laying out in the warm sun on the beach just as much as you do?!Do black people take sun baths? I saw these black people in the heat of summer by the beach.?
There's some who do it but not all of them.Just like with every individual regardless of race, everyone does their own hobbies. But just because you saw some some black people at the beach, how would you know if they're sunbathing or not?You only said you saw black people(which doesn't speak for the entire race),you never said anything about them sunbathing. Also being out long in the sun isn't always very good for everyone,it may not look no harm to the skin, but it can cause wrinkles for some, especially if they don't use good sunblock.Do black people take sun baths? i do :: that's the best source of vitamin d :: there are numerous health benefits %26amp; most black people are lacking because they need to spend more time in the sun to get the benefits %26amp; sadly many of them hate getting darker: which is actually good for you! the darker the skin: the healthier it is: fact =D
I love the sun because I grew up at the beach, where everyone loves the sun.

So yes. Its healthy for you :)
yep yep
