well periods usually stop in water but u can wear a tampon and u should be OKIf a woman have a monthly period, is it alright if we are going to the beach and took a bath...?
Periods DON';T stop just because you are in the water. Believe me, I know from first hand experience.

Its alright if you are not leaking but if you are or you know your going to leak because your period is heavy than you should probably put a tampon in.
